Tamika Smith is a creative leader, experiential strategist, and storyteller dedicated to designing experiences that inspire connection, culture, and community. With a career spanning live events, brand experiences, music, and creative consulting, she has built a reputation for transforming ambitious ideas into meaningful moments that leave lasting impressions.

As the founder of Eyekhan Studios, Tamika partners with brands, nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations to develop immersive experiences, creative strategy, workshops, and cultural programming. Her work blends thoughtful design, operational excellence, and authentic storytelling to create experiences that move people—not just audiences.

Throughout her career, Tamika has contributed to projects and experiences involving globally recognized brands and organizations including Nike, ComplexCon, Mielle Organics, My Black Is Beautiful, Google Pixel, McDonald's, Coca-Cola, EBONY Magazine, It's A 10 Haircare, and many others. Whether producing executive and influencer experiences, large-scale activations, community initiatives, or educational programming, she approaches every project with creativity, curiosity, and purpose.

Outside of experiential marketing, Tamika is also an accomplished vocalist and speaker. Performing under the name Mimi On The Mic, she has shared stages with artists including Donald Lawrence, Fred Hammond, Fantasia, and many others. She is equally passionate about mentoring emerging creatives and speaking on experiential marketing, creative leadership, and building careers rooted in impact.

I work closely with other creatives to transform concepts into impactful, visually stunning experiences, ensuring every project is executed with precision. By fostering collaboration, staying ahead of trends, and managing resources effectively, I support creators in reaching their goals and delivering outstanding experiences.
